Celebration is one of three worshipping communities that comprise Harderwyk Ministries in Holland, MI.
Dr William Lindner serves as Campus Pastor. With a "vibrantly classic" worship style marked by strong congregational singing and organ, Celebration encourages everyone to join in the journey of faith by being found in, formed by and following Jesus.
This Week's Sermon Information:
Sermon: How The Gospel Conquers Poverty
Text: Luke 4:16-21
Key Verse: Luke 4:18 – “. . . to proclaim good news to the poor.”
Sermon Snapshot: Jesus presents Himself as the Anointed One of God who will deliver Good News to the poor. This is not so much a message that those who lack money and what it brings can now have more money than they ever imagined. Rather, Jesus establishes a new Kingdom that re-values everything in His creation. Every “lack” – whether financial, emotional, relational or physical – is met and transformed by the abundance of His Grace; just as He has intended from the beginning.
