This week we continue a new sermon series titled, "Fragile Faith; Faithful God."  During this season of Lent, we will journey through the scriptures considering the brokenness of God's people and the faithfulness of God as we fix our eyes on the cross of Jesus.  This morning, we will consider Isaac and Rebekah's mistake in picking favorites between their twin boys, Isaac and Esau.  We will explore the folly of favoritism and the destructive path it leaves behind and how it runs counter to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
