Funeral Service for Saralyn Wolters

Saralyn Joy (Vander Vliet) Wolters, age 81, of Jenison, passed into the arms of Jesus the morning of February 19, 2023. She was surrounded by her family at Waterford Place Memory Care in Jenison.

Saralyn was born in Holland, MI on January 5, 1942, to Clarence and Angeline (Vander Schaaf) Vander Vliet.

Saralyn is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Frederick L. Wolters; children: Thomas (Suzanne) Wolters of Hudsonville, MI, Timothy (Melanie) Wolters of Clermont, FL, Tricia (Brian) Beck of White Lake, MI; grandchildren: Olivia Wolters and Lucas Beck; also surviving are her sisters: Helen Vander Vliet of Jenison, MI and Margie Wiersma of Holland, MI.

In addition to her parents, Saralyn was preceded in death by her brother, Ward Vander Vliet and brother-in-law, Don Wiersma.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 24, 2023, at Harderwyk Ministries, 1627 West Lakewood Blvd. Holland, MI, 49424. Visitation prior to the service at church will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday. Burial will be in Graafschap Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff at Waterford Place Memory Care and Emmanuel Hospice for the excellent care Saralyn was given.
